Every envelope is packed with care and sent with love. Here's everything you need to know about getting your monthly dose of eclectic happiness.
When Does It Ship?
Subscription envelopes are sent once a month and will be in the mail by the 10th of every month. All envelopes ship from central Florida.
If you subscribe after the 10th, your first envelope will ship the following month so Karen has time to pack it just right.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your envelope is on its way.
Delivery Times
United States: 3–7 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
International: 10–21 business days depending on destination. Customs may add extra time.
Please note these are estimates — once the envelope leaves our studio, delivery times depend on your local postal service.
Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We do our best to keep international shipping affordable.
Lost or Damaged Envelopes
If your envelope arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's reshipping or providing a credit toward your next month.
