By using our website and subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part, you shouldn't use our site or services.

When you subscribe to Karen's Art Mart, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll still receive any envelopes you've already paid for
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be notified in advance

We ship envelopes on the 1st of each month. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please see our Shipping Info page for full details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and up-to-date.

Due to the nature of our subscription products (hand-curated, perishable content items), we generally do not offer refunds on delivered envelopes.

However, if your envelope arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days and we'll work with you to make it right.

All content on this website — including artwork, text, photography, designs, logos, and brand elements — is the property of Karen's Art Mart and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Karen's Art Mart provides our website and services "as is." While we strive to deliver the best experience possible, we make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karen's Art Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you via email.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
